Potters House Books is an internal bookkeeping tool used only by Potters House Studios LLC ("the Company")
on its own QuickBooks Online company file.
What data is accessed. Accounting data in the Company's own QuickBooks Online company (accounts, transactions, reports, vendors, customers) via the Intuit Accounting API.
Whose data. Only the Company's. The tool has no users other than the Company and collects no information from visitors to this site.
Where it is stored. OAuth tokens and extracted data are stored on Company-controlled systems. Tokens are kept in a secrets store, never in shared documents or source control.
Sharing. Data is not sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties, except the Company's own accountant or as required by law.
Retention. Data is retained for as long as needed for bookkeeping and tax records. Access can be revoked at any time from QuickBooks Online (Apps > Connected apps) or by revoking the token; see Disconnect.
This site. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
